Emergency Preparedness

Overview

The Daviess County Health Department works to prepare for emergencies through coordinated planning and training. These activities help ensure that we are prepared to provide the best response possible during a public health emergency.

Volunteers

In times of emergency, every helping hand counts. We can't rely solely on the few who are trained or the brave who step up at the moment. That's why we need you. From handing out water bottles to clearing rubble, every pair of hands counts in an emergency.  You can make a difference in your community by completing our volunteer form. Thank you for your willingness to serve our community.
